history / historical events   Two clue events stand out throughout Paylana's existence, and they both coincide with changes in the Company's stock capital and Direction. From the beginning, the participation of people such as Juan Carlos Henderson, Carlos Fraschini, Fernando J. Baccaro and Conrado Olaso Marín, among others, was crucial for the Company. In 1966 Isaac Soloducho joins Paylana as shareholder and director, and until the present time he has held the office of President of the Company.
